Have you guys some references on earlier project of using virtual training? Like a factor or percent in difference of traditional training?
I am working for Advansia (part of AFRY) and i writing a master thesis of virtual training in industrial manufacturing. In the thesis i will adress 2 scenarios of Discunted Cash Flow analysis for 2 manufacturing company in Norway. The problem i sitting on now is that i have none factors from earlier projects of using virtual training.
